LINKED-BP Program is a research study at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing designed to improve blood pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • You are not taking blood pressure lowering pills.
  • Your last blood pressure was between:
​        120-139 mm Hg for systolic and <90 mm Hg for diastolic.
  • Receive care at participating sites in the Choptank Community Health System or the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians.

After you join the program
You will receive:
  • Receive up to $200 in compensation over the study period.
  • A home blood pressure device.​
  • In addition, you may see a community health worker.
This ​program aims to help people better control their blood pressure. 

Your doctor's office is participating in our research program, and you may benefit from it.
